Short Papers, Posters and Demos
We are pleased to host several short papers, posters and demos covering new and emerging topics related to the broad set of research and application areas covered by IEEE CloudCom.
After a careful reviewing process, our two chairs Xavier Besseron and Martin Rosalie have selected late-breaking results and organized dedicated sessions for the short papers as follows – see also the Conference Program at a glance:
- Tuesday, Dec. 13th, 2016: Session 2C – Short Papers I
- Thursday, Dec. 15th, 2016: Session 6C –Short Papers II
As regards posters, presenting authors will have to be present to explain their work to attendees during the following time slots scheduled for this purpose:
- On Tuesday, Dec. 13th, 2016 between 3:30pm and 4pm.
- On Thursday, Dec. 15th, 2016 between 12:15pm and 1:30pm.
Display posters and presented demos
During the conference, posters and demos will be displayed in the conference lobby. The recommended display poster size is A1 (594mm by 841mm, portrait).
Demos will be proposed in the conference lobby in dedicated stands, following at least the presence requirement of regular posters. In addition, authors are proposed to present their demos in the scheduled short papers sessions.
Short Papers / Demos Presentation Guidelines
An overhead data projector will be provided in each room.
Important: Authors should bring their own laptop PCs for the presentations.
As a consequence, we advise you to target maximum 10 slides in your presentation (count as always on average 1 minute per slide).
