The Technical Program Committee (TPC) is supervised by the Chairs and IEEE Computer Society through the IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC) to ensure both fairness and scientific excellence. Composed of more than 280 worldwide experts from academia and the industry (as listed below), the TPC is responsible for reviewing the articles submitted to the following tracks:

Each track is managed by two track chairs. On total, around 300 submitted papers are expected and each of them are reviewed by at least 3 TPC members. So far, the acceptance rate is maintained for many years at ~17.8% – see the Top Networking Conferences Statistics for CloudCom. It makes it one of the most selective IEEE conference on the Cloud area, and thus the most attractive for the continuous high quality and excellence of the research work presented during this event.

Below is the detailed list of the TPC members used for the IEEE CloudCom’16 conference.
